The warranty period for all products is one year. Warranty periods start on the arrival date of goods.

For more details about daily maintenance, please refer to product specifications.

Merchandise return & replacement only accepted while existed quality issues, given our products belong to special protective equipment. Replacement will also be accepted if you ordered a wrong number model.

We offer a one-year return policy for merchandise with quality problems, but these cases mentioned below excluded.
We do not accept merchandise return for customized products. Terms of warranty see the technical agreement and contract signed by both sides, so please make clear your requirements before ordering.

We do not accept merchandise return unless it happens a quality issue.

Only demand of replacement within one week of receiving of goods accepted and handled. If we have merchandise exchange agreement, an additional 5% of order amount will be asked to pay by buyer and also you will be responsible for shipping charge of replacement.

Return of the used products are not accepted.

Replacement not accepted if returned merchandise affects the secondary sales.

You earn one point for every 1,000.00CNY spent. Reward points are valid for one year and are automatically cleared once expired.

You can use reward points to buy our products, one point can redeem 1CNY and there’s no upper limit.

You can also redeem your reward points for gifts supplied.

When buying laser safety products, please read carefully the products specifications, because of the specific laser-rated safety parameters for each product. We are not responsible for any accident caused by incorrect selection and use of products out of range of laser-rated safety.

Laser operators should consider working environments, viewing conditions and beam delivery systems when making assessments and determining the correct laser safety products. Please consult with your laser safety officer or the third-party organization for correct equipment and use.

Watt-level lasers can burn skin and go blind. Kilowatt-level lasers can penetrate thick steel plate. 10,000-watte-level lasers can penetrate concrete walls. All our products are designed and manufactured to prevent an occasional short time (in second) laser reflection and scattering. In any case, laser beam is interdicted to hit directly on person or laser safety products. We are not responsible for any accident due to incomprehension of laser hazard and nonobservance of laser safety standards and wrongful operation.

We are not be liable in any case for any damage, including the loss of profit .
